Actually, this question would be for Matt to answer, because it's him who's nowadays sifting through keystone. He then produces an (internal) bug list and keeps whipping the appropriate developer (me or Zapek) till we fix it. I wouldn't be too worried if no status change on a report happens -- I'm fairly confident that he DOES read all reports; however, Keystone is a PITA to use over the Internet due to it's ridiculous amounts of output it generates; just changing a bug to "Assigned" and writing even a simple comment takes well over a minute...
