Since I got an ADSL connection a couple of years ago, I stopped using the
cache at all. In most cases it often appeared fast this way.

Go away from the page with the pictures, then select flush images from
memory, and then go back to the page in question. Voyager will, of course,
not flush the images currently displayed.
