Hi,

Please excuse my anger, but I find the way things are happening recently
VERY off putting with reference to "REGISTERED SOFTWARE"

Though more a general thing I am asking in this group because it is fairly
active.

I am a registered user of NC3.

I busted my buns to get NC2 and then NC3.

Ok, I am now confronted with having to upgrade my NC3 key to use the new
version of AMIRC.

Anyway, I am online and want to use Netinfo. A program I hardly use, but
when I need it, it is a good program and it is handy.

I run it:

Welcome to Netinfo-II Demonstration.

This is a evaluation version of Netinfo-II
which will quit after 10 lookups in a row.

If you find Net......
(lbah blah blah)

Registering will get you a persoalized key
which identifies you as a legal owner of
Netinfo-II, and will allow direct access to
further upgrades.

HELLO!?

I am a REGISTERED USER!

So how many other of the Vapor programs am I going to have to RE-register?

How many more times am I going to have to type in (without errors) that
whole number?

It was about 3 years ago when I bought NC3. I have LOTS of CD's. I have
lots of ......

I don't remember reading anywhere that I have to keep the CD at arm's length
forever to continue to supply it when ever a new version comes out.

I have been given the ULTIMATUM: Find the CD. Re-apply for a key for the
programs which before all used the ONE KEY and do each one seperatly.

And you wonder why I am upset?

Please, someone bring me up to speed.

What is going on?

Cya!
