Here is where the situation lies, as I see it:
1) You must find out, from the site, exactly, for what they
are asking of you, in relation to secured E-Mail.
2) Secured E-Mail, generally falls under two types of actions.
a) At such point, you are sent to an "https://"; URL,
making your entire session, from then on, secure,
hence the "s," as part of the "https://";. In this
case, the site relies on your having SSL abilities
through your dialer/stacker or your browser. With
Miami, the only people who can use its SSL are
those who registered and paid, and requested the
certificates and installed everything.
b) The site either will ask you to sign in, again, or it
will demand authentication. If "authentication,"
then this can be set in such mail clients as YAM,
and SimpleMail. If "authentication," you can set
it up within the "tcp/ip" dialog window of the
configuration for that server.
Beyond this, I am also stumped. As such, I shall submit
this to others, who might have more insight than I.
