Aaron,

Do you have the +XAuth option under the authentication tab of your
configuration? Also, you need to use [email protected] for the username
instead of domain\user like in Cisco.

thanks,

  Kevin

Subject: [vpn-help] XAuth help

My setup looks something like this:

I have a Cisco 2821 using AAA to talk to a Windows Server 2003 Radius
server.

When I use the Cisco VPN client, users can successfully authenticate to
our Domain and gain VPN access. I'm now attempting to get Shrew working
so that our 64bit users can use the VPN and the hand shake looks like it
goes ok, but the RADIUS server is giving me a bad password error.

If anyone could assist with this it'd be greatly appreciated as I'm not
strong in the authentication side.

Thanks,

Aaron Ray
