I'm submitting this to Sonicwall as well in hopes of getting some information, but I am getting a BSOD when using the v2.1.6 client with Windows 7 (64-Bit) and the Sonicwall NetExtender product (Several versions). Here is the situation -
If I run the ShrewSoft VPN client alone, I am fine, but if I make a connection to one of my customer's Sonicwall devices via their NetExtender (SSL-VPN client) and then attempt to disconnect, I get a BSOD every time. I originally thought it was solely a Sonicwall problem and went through many hoops with them to eventually determine that the Shrew Soft client is involved as well. I reviewed the dump file created following the BSOD and the file that is causing it is the vfilter.sys file. Here is an excerpt from the dump - vfilter.sys Bugcheck code: 0xA (0xFFFFF98000007AE5, 0x2, 0x0, 0xFFFFF80002D9C0B6) Error: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL Dump file: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\MEMORY.DMP I'm not sure what to do at this point since I need both of these software packages and ANY help would be appreciated.
