Is anybody with a DFL-210 experimenting this issues?

You are doing a great job developing this client!
Try changing the policy generation level to UNIQUE for the Dlink site
configuration. You have to force the client to UNIQUE when the gateway
advertises itself as Cisco but isn't actually a Cisco gateway.
