Hi all, It seems that the problem exist on all Netasq. I have a U70 and a U120 from netasq and the phase 2 IPsec failed with 2.6 or 2.7 version. But V2.5 works for me with 3G connection ( SFR USB Dongle ) with an XP or an Seven 64.
