I'd like to add that the zywall is connected from an internal dhcp
routeur in order to make my tests .... and not directly connected
internet throw a pppoe connexion ... may be it can helps

I'd suggest generating a log from Shrew to see if it provides us any
information. One of the key elements to look for is if Phase 2
negotiation completes and Security Associations (SA) are established.
