Did you capture that packet on your OS X machine? Those are very
strange IP addresses indeed. If I had to guess, I'd think that is not a
packet between the gateway and Shrew. It looks more like a broadcast
packet of some sort because Destination = 255.255.255.255.
Do you have any idea where the IP 10.2.2.5 is coming from?
Are you able to send a copy of your Shrew configuration?
