Does the icon show up in the task manager? If so, you may try removing
the following entries in the registry, and then try restarting the VPN
Access Manager ...
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ShrewSoft\vpn\user\mngr-x-pos
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ShrewSoft\vpn\user\mngr-y-pos
