is it possible for the client user to change or edit the in ISAKMP used value
of the attribute type '7' (application version) from "Cisco Systems VPN Client
4.8.01.0300:WinNT" to "Cisco AnyConnect ..." etc. (if the remote vendor id =
'13' for Cisco-Unity 1.0) ?
Some Cisco VPN Servers deny the connection from the old Cisco VPN Client,
because it's no longer supported by Cisco since last year.
