Hello Tony, Please create a debug log File. You can achieve this as follows:
- Start the VPN Trace Program. - On the IKE Tab, stop the IKE Service. - Enable logging on the File Menu, set logging level to Debug and choose a file for the output. - Start the IKE service again. - Try connecting. - After the error message, quit VPN Client. - Zip pack the debug output file and post it here.
