Hi, we have the same problem after installing Windows Update KB2862768.
Workaround: 1. Uninstall the hidden virtual network driver not the VPN client software 2. Reboot 3. Start VPN connection to establish a tunnel 4. Error from the virtual adapter appeared 5. Close VPN Client 6. Uninstall all 7. Reboot 8. Install VPN client 2.2.0 9. restart and all works fine for a few reboots Maybe i think der is an problem with the windows update KB2862768 and the virtual adapter driver. The problem exists on 3 laptops only windows 8 pro x64. Firewall : Lancom and Clavister. Freundliche Grüße i. A.
