I see more and more problems with Shrew and Windows 8.1 & 10.
The question is: does this product Stiller under développement ?

I've tried the uninstall, registry cleaning, reboot, install procedure several
times. No luck. Simply installing seems to kill the entire network connection
for the Tablet. No network access at all. It does get through the installation
process with no error messages, and the actual program runs. It might even work
- if the install didn't also kill the network connection.

There is somtimes, some issue with Windows 8.1 Update.
Do you have try to remove Shrew driver ? (and restart)
