Our upstream network provider for many core services (including Sugar, Jira,
mailing lists, RT/Helpdesk,
project wikis, some project websites, and others) has informed us of an
upcoming maintenance which is expected to cause an outage
of up to 20 minutes on Dec 1st between 00:00-06:00 and Dec 2nd, 00:00 - 06:00
PT. The 20 minute outage is expected for both maintenance windows.
In particular, this outage will include our datacenter's link to Level3, a
major internet backbone, in Seattle.
