The Python API is out of sync with the VPP API.
Since the delete loopback handler is called.
We're putting in a set of changes for the API split now.
The CRC, API split and Java code went in earlier.
The JSON packaging is going in now and I'll commit the Python updates (which
depends on the packaging) immediately after that.
I thought I didn't break existing Python, but clearly I did. Can you hold on
for a day?
