We've got 5 SOA entries for fd.io I don't know about your dig, but mine
deals with them all as a round-robin. 2 of those entries are our masters
at OSL in Corvallis (not Portland). The other 3 are our external DNS
provider.

This issue isn't _just_ our facility. There's a major power outage in
Portland that has been ongoing for over 21 hours now [0] which happens
to be affecting our facility and any other facilities that happen to be
in the zone. From what we've seen our equipment has been fine throughout
this, the network issues we've seen were most likely due to the other
ends of the nail-ups from the facility.
