To explain a bit more: DHCPKit consists completely of plug-in modules that can 
do anything you want to the DHCPv6 messages. Simple plug-ins insert a DHCPv6 
option (DNS resolver, NTP servers, DS-Lite AFTR, etc) when the client asks for 
it, and more complex plug-ins can hand out IA_NA addresses and IA_PD prefixes 
from a provisioning system. Whatever you need :-)

There is a whole bunch of plug-ins already built in, as you can see on 
http://dhcpkit.readthedocs.io/en/stable/config/index.html, and more are being 
developed. Let me know if you want anything that isn't there yet, or contribute 
code :)
