The LD_PRELOAD library is under review and will be committed to the vpp
sandbox project shortly (...vppsb/vcl-ldpreload). I will be pushing a
patch to refactor socket_test.sh to allow setting of an environment
variable to point to the correct location of the VCL LD_PRELOAD library
once it has been committed.
