One of the way I see as follows:
With the recent changes I rolled up, all the TCP Packets not handled in VPP’s
TCP stack would be punted via IP4/6_punt path.
In the punt path, you could configure such that ip4/6_punt traffic to a
specific Next hop/Interface.
