Yes, this is the one. Same on both x86 and aarch64. I sent a mail to Hongjun, who told me that those two functionalities were yet to be implemented. See: https://lists.fd.io/pipermail/vpp-dev/2017-December/007708.html The extended tests are not part of any continuous tests, so I don't think this should be an issue. All the other tests pass, including the extended ones.
