I guess I would start by booting into rescue mode, then at a prompt,
"systemctl disable vpp" and then reboot and then figure out the vpp
problems. Or maybe you have to adjust /etc/sysctl.conf in case your system
does not have enough memory for what you have configured there. Hopefully
rescue mode will come to the rescue in that case, too. Or you would have to
fix /etc/sysctl.conf from a live DVD/USB image.
