Has anyone ever used ECN marking (explicit congestion notification) of IP/TCP in VPP ? I know it can be done by dpdk's traffic manager/QoS scheduler, but it can't be configured via the dpdk plugin. Could it be configured via startup.conf ? Thanks, Korian
