I have read punt.api but I am not sure how to send a packet to host for ARP or IPv6 ND resolution? I poked around src/plugins/ and see IP_LOOKUP_NEXT_ARP. Will that work if next0 is set to see IP_LOOKUP_NEXT_ARP? Also, does IP_LOOKUP_NEXT_ARP also support IPv6 ND lookup because I could not find a NDP lookup.
