Folks,
Thanks to Kai for pushing the gerrit change [0] to upgrade DPDK and
rdma-core.
As discussed in today's VPP Community meeting, it would be best to get
this merged in the next week. The plan of record is
to test this patch with CSIT to ensure there is no breakage there.
In addition, it would be really nice to have feedback from folks
consuming these in downstream use cases prior to merge.
Please reply to [0] with status of test results.

Gentle reminder that now is a good time to upgrade vpp-ext-deps build
to use DPDK 25.11 and rdma-core 60.0 (latest version > 58.0 per DPDK
release notes).
Can one of you please push a change to gerrit to upgrade these
packages similar to [0]?
