Folks,
The root cause of this issue was the update of iperf3 in ubuntu 22.04
which cause the virtual interface testcases in 'make test' to fail:

This has been temporarily resolved by not update iperf3 in 'make
install-deps' when running in the CI on ubuntu 22.04 [1]. I have
rebased failed gerrit changes to pick up this fix.
Note: Andrew and I are still working on fixing the debian-12 testcase
skipping as well, so you may still encounter non-patch related
failures. We'll get that cleaned up tomorrow.
