Folks,
I have added the VPP gcc verify GHA workflow to the CI on master which
was inadvertently left out during the transition from jenkins to GHA.
I have rebased gerrit changes which got caught in the update where the
gcc workflows were failing. All other workflows should be rebased on
HEAD to avoid introducing a breaking change where gcc fails to compile
code which clang allows.
I will review the vpp gerrit queue for the master branch and pace the
rebasing of the jobs. Once that is complete, I will cherry-pick /
backport the gcc verify workflow to the active stable branches
(stable/2602 and stable/2510).
