vqAdmin under grsecurity

I've tried vqAdmin on a linux box build with a grsec kernel ( ie. Openwall patch + HAP patch + some restricting on exec and chroot )...   Basically I can't run suid program if I don't own them.   So I tried to let Apache own that files, but I got problem cause vqAdmin seems to like just vpopmail as owner.   So I launch another Apache on another port giving him user and group vpopmail/vchkpw.   It seems to work, but there is just one think it can't go, ie create domain...   When I try to create a domain it's end up with a internal server error, and in apache logs : Premature end....vaddomain: No such file or directory   Any clue ?   Valerio Verde
