This is on my todo list of patches, along with a search facility.

That would be extremely complex. If its something that is urgent, Inter7
will do it for a price (they are a business after all).

I'm not sure I understand this. Do you mean restricting the maximum
number of domains a group can create?

It's certainly possible, and a logging facility of some kind is probably a
good idea too.
