script headers are errors that are sent went something is wrong that will not
allow the script to continue.
It
could be permissions, bad code, a referenced resource doesn't exist were the
program expects it to, etc.
Check
your configure options and make sure any paths you specified or paths it
defaults to are actually the right ones on your system. Also check apache.org to
see how to make your logs more detailed :
premature end of script headers : Couldn't locate
file.required in /usr/local/share
or
something like that
