[vqadmin] Domain Deletion pt2

Hi,

Right a little bit more info. When I delete a domain in vqadmin 2.3.4 it
changes /var/qmail/control/rcpthosts to rw root only. This is running on
Redhat 8. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
