[vqadmin] Domain Quotas

I have not yet installed vqadmin yet, but I have heard that there is a way to set domain-wide quotas.  I was wondering if this is true.   If it is true, is there any way to accomplish this same thing via the command line without installing vqadmin?  Can this be done through a qmail control script?  I have had lots of trouble finding domain quota information.    What I am trying to accomplish is to let my users add as many email accounts that they want under their domains, but limit the mail storage size for the entire domain.  If anyone can offer me some assistance in this it would be greatly appreciated.   Justin C.
