[vqadmin] Apache and vpopmail at different locations

Hi, I need your help about an particular issue that I 've found no 
comments...
I have installed Apache2 in 10.0.0.10, and qmail+vpopmail in 10.0.0.5 . 
Where ought I install the vqadmin, and how can I configure it to "see" 
the vpopmail files ?
With this net, can I use vqadmin, or I must use anything else?
