[vqadmin] Can not access vqadmin

Hello everyoneI installed vqadmin, whenever I try to connect to it, it will ask for a login and password. The login and password I input is incorrect. I follow all the steps and of course I did this as told by the instruction. "/usr/local/apache/bin/htpasswd -bc
/local/apache/conf/vqadmin.passwd admin adminpass". With that command, I was return with the output of "user added or create" something like that.

The only part in the instruction I did not make any changes is the "vi vqadmin.acl". I did not make any changes to that because I do not understand the instruction in the file. Can someone help me and give me or detail instruction on how to setup a user/admin account on my vqadmin.
