It changes the "domain administator" bit flag to 1 for that user. The uid/gid fields for each user are actually bit map flags for turning on/off different things. There is a domain administrator flag, which is read by qmailadmin to determine if they should have the same privilages as the "postmaster" user. Ken Jones
