I have redone and retiried creating the htaccess several times with not improvment. I also have managed to enable authentification on other sites running on the same server. I understand this has nothing to do with the instructions on qmailrocks or the application vqadmin, but still this is the most appropriate forum to get help I hope since I am trying to get vqadmin to work.
Could there maybe be a problem in the configuration of the cgi-bin directory?
Please help me out in any way you can
