[vqadmin] list or add domain failures ???

hi all,
let's say i have a domain named akbulut.com and with 'admin' permissions i search for this domain and vqadmin shows me the domain. but when i click on the domain i get this error :
[address bar contains this : http://localhost/cgi-bin/vqadmin/vqadmin.cgi?nav=view_domain&dname=akbulut.com]
Internal Server Error : [internal error or misconfiguration :'(]
and for the domain add process, i get this error : Cannot make domains directory :'(
whats going on ? why cant i use vqadmin efficiently ?
any ideas ?
