<My apologies to everyone on this list for the commerciality of this
announcement; I believe that it is also of some intellectual utility.>

Well, it took months and months of over-schedule work, but we did it: we
finally have Win95 versions of the Erasmaganza and the Erasmatron.

Even better, I am releasing a usable version of the Erasmatron that's
absolutely free! The catch is that the free version can only handle small
to medium-sized projects (Maximum of 200 verbs). The full deal still costs
$199, but this way you can play around with it at no cost.

I won't abuse your credulity by claiming this software to be bug-free, but
I can tell you that it spent three months in beta and I hounded the
programmer mercilessly about every tiny problem I could find. Nevertheless,
I'm sure some of you will find bugs, and I ask you to report them to me.

Although the software is technically sound, I have many reservations about
its performance; it's just too damn complicated to learn. I am therefore
beginning work on version 2.0, with a primary goal of making Erasmatronics
more accessible and less onerous. Your feedback will be invaluable in this
effort; I very much hope that you will take the time to play with this
software and consider its potential.

You can find it at www.erasmatazz.com

Thank you for your time.
