Hello!

loosing all controll over vserver,
only when vserver is suse9.0

###

vserver:
suse 9.0 in vserver. > error
 suse <= 8.2 in vserver. > ok
other linux-distris or versions in vserver.(debian, trinux) > ok

vserver-master:
- vserver-tools 0.29
- 2.4.24-vs1.3.3 (monnolitik, no modules)

###

the fist vserver_start is ok.
start of all processes is ok.

then:

| ffm:~ # vserver-stat
| CTX PROC VSZ RSS userTIME sysTIME UPTIME NAME DESCRIPTION
| 0 28 122MB 5kB 30m38.10 11m20.32 1d06h44 root server
| 3 1 4MB 447B m00.74 m00.00 18h44m00
| 32 3 273MB 8kB m02.00 m00.06 18h24m28
| 49152 13 393MB 17kB 2m49.89 m40.76 1d06h34 ls-16 ls-16

(ls-16 is a suse8.2 and all is ok.)
(3 and 32 are ls-18, suse9.0)

| ffm:~ # vserver ls-18 enter
| ipv4root is now xxx.xx.xxx.xxx
| New security context is 32
| bash: fork: Resource temporarily unavailable

| [EMAIL PROTECTED]:ls-18 /]ls
| bash: fork: Resource temporarily unavailable

| [EMAIL PROTECTED]:ls-18 /]df
| bash: fork: Resource temporarily unavailable

a ssh is in the ls-18 vserver running
but it is not possible to stop it.

i can start another ctx with:
| # tail ls-18.ctx
| S_CONTEXT=321
| S_PROFILE=

| ffm:/var/run/vservers # vserver ls-18 enter
| ipv4root is now xxx.xx.xxx.xxx
| Host name is now ip-18
| Domain name is now w
| New security context is 321
| ip-18:/ #

the vserver-tools 0.29 are on all systems without suse90 stabel running.

any ideas ?
