[Vserver] Resources management.

Hi all.
Does it possible to manage resources available to vservers?
I want to limit my users first of all in memory and CPU usage. Few day 
ago there were a bug in mldonkey, witch leak 98% memory and caused hard 
swap and then stoped  in endless loop.
Also, I have a question about per-vserver hdd quota: are that patches 
are stable and could I run them on xfs ?
