somehow i get the feeling, that you are asking for ppl who want to rent some servers, as you ask for space/ram/bandwidth issues.
that said, i guess this is the wrong place to ask for that kind of stuff, since most of us run vservers and some of us even help durning the develop ment.
a better idea would be to put an _english_ survey on a webpage, and ask ppl to distribute the link. then, after collecting this information, publish it on the projects homepage.
