it is not possible to set a per-vserver default route. there will
be only one default route on your host unless you are using
policy-based routing tables.

if you are going to allow CAP_NET_ADMIN to a vserver and trying to
set a new defaultroute from there you will change the hosts routing
table!

btw: on http://www.linux-vserver.org/ you can find many useful links
and docs regarding vserver networking...
