I am using FC4 with 0.30.208 with yum, and except for having to downgrade the yum on host to 2.3.2, it has worked very, very well for me. I haven't applied the patch and I get the warning message, but I it's been smooth sailing for me. I have created a local FC4 updates repository, so I can create a new FC4 guest in less than 5 minutes!
