However, I got this error of public key for tzdata is not installed error. I googled and found out that I may need to import the pgp signature. I looked at /etc/yum.repos.d/ and all of the URL points to redhat.com servers. Here is the listing of the corresponding pgp files

I read the man page for yum and I think gpgcheck=0 means not to check the pgp signature.
I also tried to remove RPM-GPG-KEY-fedora but it also failed with the same error.
Here is the command I tried to build a guest server.
