hmm, have a look at http://linux-vserver.org/Scheduler+Parameters

i have read this page http://linux-vserver.org/Resource+Limits
but can not figure out how to use it.

well, you see the 'Examples' section?
(it should give you a good idea how to do it)

a general overview of all config settings can be
found here: http://www.nongnu.org/util-vserver/doc/conf/configuration.html

there is no such file as
/etc/vservers/<server name>/schedule
or
/usr/local/etc/vservers/<server name>/schedule (when i compiled --prefix=/usr/local)

any idea what file replaces this one. or do i have to make it. cuz the guide states it is already there.
