Well, I would prefer if you would use "vserver-info - SYSINFO" to figure out where 'util-vserver-vars' resides, e.g. in my case it's not on /usr/lib/util-vserver/util-vserver-vars, but /usr/local/lib/util-vserver/util-vserver-vars.
