The problem is with vserver and the way it deals for now with multiple IPs.
xinetd is doing a bind (0.0.0.0) on port pop-3, but this end up being assign
to the first IP of the vserver.
To solve this problem (again for now, I am working on the fix), you will need
to setup several pop-3 services in /etc/xinetd.d. One for each IP you are using.
I don't think xinetd can listen on several IP for every services.
You keep the first ipop3 file in /etc/xinetd.d. This will serve the first IP. Then you
add ipop3-1 like this
