[vserver] initrd for 2.4.19

Would anyone be willing to share their initrd-2.4.19-ctx15.img with me?  I want to test out a few things without having to recompile the whole kernel.  I am running RH7.3 but Redhat don't seem to ship this kernel...   TIA   Mark.
