find . -type f | xargs egrep -w IS_IMMUTABLE

Actually, 'EXT[23]_IMMUTABLE_FL|(ATTR_FLAG|IS)_IMMUTABLE' is a more 
complete search pattern.

In your case I think it's in fs/jfs/xattr.c
